Cadillac Restrictions
Donated vehicle has been displayed and lightly test driven by guests of the Jewish Community Centre, accruing approximately 5,000 km. Transfer of ownership will take place at Dueck on Marine, 400 S.E Marine Drive. Prize cannot be redeemed for cash value. All travel costs associated with winner redeeming the vehicle at Dueck on Marine are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner must be the age of majority with a valid driver’s license in order to claim vehicle. Dueck will offer an exchange/upgrade of the vehicle for the difference in MSRP + Taxes, but there will be no cash refund given.

Hawaii Restrictions
Valid April 5, 2021 - December 4, 2022. Not valid December 11, 2021 - January 17, 2022. Reservations subject to availability and must be made a minimum of two months prior to arrival date. Non-exchangeable. No cash value. Cannot be replaced if certificate is lost or stolen. Winner will be provided an additional $150 cheque when claiming prize to provide for the daily $15 resort fee.
